The Two-Ingredient Snack I’m Obsessed With

As some of you might recall, I’ve had trouble with TMJ off and on over the last few years, and right now, well, it is on — with a vengeance. And that means that food that requires actual chewing is not on my current menu.
(Awesome problem for a food blogger to have, huh? At least I’m an official smoothie master.)
Of course, I still need some healthy snack ideas, and the good news is that, when I’m forced to stick to soft foods and liquids, I start playing around with those kinds of recipes a bit more. That led me to my latest obsession: Greek yogurt and PB2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder.

Okay, so calling it a recipe is admittedly a bit of a stretch, but it’s so easy and tasty that I had to share. All you’ve gotta do is put some plain Greek yogurt in a bowl, then mix in a tablespoon or two of chocolate PB2 powder. If you’re feeling fancy (and, you know, are able to chew), some sliced bananas and cacao nibs are a delicious touch.
Not every healthy obsession has to be groundbreaking, right? In fact, I’d venture to say that’s it’s actually kind of awesome to find something I love this hard that is so incredibly easy to whip up. Kristen
