Finish Strong! Final Week of the January Fit Bottomed Challenge

It may be the final week of the January Fit Bottomed Challenge*, but guess what? With all the healthy changes you’ve been making, we think it’s just the beginning for you!

This past month you’ve dreamed big, reclaimed your scale, worked out like a boss and created a whole workout playlist just for your rear. It’s time to finish strong with one more week of daily challenges that build on all of that awesomeness! (And, as just a reminder, this will be our last month-long Fit Bottomed Challenge for a bit. We’ll be back with a new weekly format here in a few weeks for Love Yo’Self Week!)

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: January 25-31

Monday, January 25: We think you deserve a sweet treat. And a healthy one at that! So make one of these dessert recipes today.

Tuesday, January 26: Rest and relaxation is SO important. Tonight, take a long hot bath — you deserve it!

Wednesday, January 27: You’ve been working up to this all month long. Do this circuit as many times as you can in 25 minutes: 10 push-ups, 10 lunges, 10 tricep dips, 10 squats, 10 sit-ups and 10 burpees. Be proud of how much stronger and fitter you’ve become in just a few weeks.

Thursday, January 28: We want to see your dream boards! Share a photo of yours on Instagram, tagging @FitBottomedGirl and using #FBGChallenge. We’ll pick a lucky U.S. reader to win free fit goodies just for dreaming big!

Friday, January 29: We’re always telling you to do the workouts you love, and we mean it. Today do your fave cardio for 30 or more minutes.

Saturday, January 30: Remember how on January 2 you recorded how many push-ups, squats, sit-ups, lunges, tricep dips and burpees you could do in a minute of each? Well, it’s time to do it again and see just how many more you can do. Prepare to be amazed at your results!

Sunday, January 31: It’s the last day! Celebrate by snapping a pic of your new rear in active gear and share with us (@FitBottomedGirl)! Like we did on Thursday, we’ll select a U.S. reader or two to win awesome fit stuff!
