How to Stop Being a People Pleaser

Do you have trouble saying no to things you don’t really want to do? Do you find yourself putting yourself and your goals last? Are you worried what other people think of you — so much so that it stops you from speaking your mind or just being more, well, you? If so, you may be a people pleaser!

(And don’t worry — I think it’s safe to say we ALL have struggled with people pleasing at one time or another, especially if you’re a woman.)

My beloved friend Sara wrote a wonderful post about how to stop being a people pleaser. She shared her own experience with people pleasing, and then offers up five really doable and unique steps to overcoming it.
