As you’ll see, this week you’ll keep dreaming — and really believing in yourself and your dreams — with the help of that dream board! Plus, we’ve got some killer workouts for you to try …

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: January 18-24

Monday, January 18: Ever had a smoothie bowl? Make one today!

Tuesday, January 19: You are more than the number on the scale. So reclaim that scale by doing this, and then share a photo of how it turned out with us on Twitter or Instagram (@FitBottomedGirl and #FBGChallenge) for a chance to win free fit goodies (U.S. only, please).

Wednesday, January 20: We’re upping it again. Today see how many times you can get through this circuit in 20 minutes: 10 push-ups, 10 lunges, 10 tricep dips, 10 squats, 10 sit-ups, 10 burpees.

Thursday, January 21: Take 5 minutes to look at the dream board you’ve created and visualize yourself healthy and totally happy. Don’t just see it. Believe in your dreams. Feel it.

Friday, January 22: Do some feel-good yoga. We’ve got 17 poses to try here (and you can totally do them on a mat, SUP or Indo Board).

Saturday, January 23: Work that booty with this Ultimate Hips, Bum & Thigh workout. Your biscuits will be burning! (Which is a good thing.)

Sunday, January 24: You know how you did that workout DVD swap? Well, today is the day that you’re going to take one of those new titles you got and do it!

What items on your dream board are really speaking to you right now? It’s funny, I have a photo of a reusable tote with a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies in it and it just dawned on me — I recently received a tote in the mail that is just like the one in the photo. Funny how that happens, huh?! Jenn
