New Year, New Rear!
As I sit here writing this, I’m well aware of my need for a new year and a fresh start. After 10 days away from home with the family — four days driving in the van, three visits to urgent care facilities while we were traveling, countless celebratory dinners, and too many sweets and too many meals on the road — I’ll be glad to start 2016 with a trip to the grocery store to stock up on fruits and veggies and get cooking in my own kitchen again. Not to mention a desperate need to get my sweat on again now that I’m feeling relatively well.

So, I’m going to wrap up 2015 with a glass or two of wine and will head to bed early so I’m ready to kick some fit bottomed rear in 2016!
