Soup, Self-Care, Superlatives and More

Got any great fitness or foodie plans for the weekend? I’m going to do a major grocery shopping trip (which is embarrassingly overdue), a nice long run, and, if all goes according to plan, I’ll spend a couple of hours curled up with a good book.
