What makes for a good healthy snack? In my opinion: simple, all-natural ingredients are best. Something with lots of flavor but also lots of nutrition. Oh, and it must be something I can take here, there or everywhere. (Bonus points if I feel good giving it to my daughter, too!)
We’ve had four new snacks roll into FBE HQ lately that we think fit that bill. Read on to get the 411 on ’em!
1. Big Slice
When is the last time you had baked apples? How about kettle-cooked apples? On the go? Um, yeah, sounds like a dream come true, right?
