The Day Four Love Yo’Self Challenge
DAY FOUR: EAT WELL
Love Yo’Self: Set guilt aside and enjoy one of your favorite foods. It can be a dessert, appetizer or drink. Make sure you savor every bite or sip. If you are eating healthy the majority of the time, it’s okay to splurge once in a while. The key is moderation.
Love Yo’ Partner: Buy, cook or prepare one of his favorite foods. Throw that little bag of homemade chocolate chip cookies in his/her work bag, sneak that protein bar in his/her gym bag, or have his/her favorite micro-brew or wine waiting when he gets home. Remember that old adage that says the way to a person’s heart is through his stomach?
What eats will you enjoy? Good wine and chocolate are on my to-do list, of course. —Jenn
