Stressed? Do This Workout

Being stressed seems like it’s just a part of everyday life, huh? And, maybe, even admirable. After all, aren’t we all pushing ourselves to do more, be more and check off all of those items on our never-ending to-do list.

While that’s clearly enough fodder for another post (why do I — I mean we — feel so worthy when we’re “productive” and terrible when we’re not?!), today, we’d like to give you permission to say the heck with it. To forget the to-do list. To give up being stressed. To know that you’re totally awesome even when you’re doing nothing.

Man, nothing feels good sometimes.

To help you get in that non-stressed state of mind, here are three moves that will get you moving, smiling and laughing from our online bud and fitness expert Dave Smith. Basically, the opposite of feeling stressed. Hooray!
