On Saturday, May 14, you can come see me at Wanderlust 108 in Chicago, and on Friday June 24, I’ll be at the Dallas Farmers Market. While there I’ll be hosting 10-minute no-equipment workout sessions and sharing some of my best fresh fitness and health tips. I cannot wait.
