2016 Fitties: Eats and Treats

Best soup in a bottle: Tio gazpacho. It might just be the new green juice!
Best protein powder flavors: Don’t make us choose just one! Whether you’re a caveman, a vegan, a volleyball player or looking to get a little more lean, we’ve got some really delish flavors that are perfect for you.
Best buzzy food trend: Cauliflower. Cauliflower is one of the hottest veggies around right now, and we got the scoop on how it got started straight from the source (plus a recipe!).
Best new vegetarian eats: Jackfruit. Think your only meat-alternatives involve soy? Think again.
Best secret ingredient: Celtic Sea Salt. Who’d have guessed that a quality sea salt would make this big a difference?
Best nut … that’s not a nut: TigerNut. It’s not what you think it is, we can almost guarantee. This root vegetable has a host of health benefits you’d be nuts (see what we did there?) to pass up.
Best new chip flavors: Simply 7 Kale Chips in Dill Pickle and Que Pasa Ancient Grains. Not only are these flavors the bomb, but the chips themselves have some serious fit foodie cred that make them perfect for your next party.
Best new gum: Simply Gum. The mint and cinnamon flavors are fab, for sure, but the flavor we can’t get enough of? Fennel licorice. For reals.
Best yogurt: Chobani blended. That maple syrup flavor had our tastebuds all, “Huh? What? YES PLEASE GIVE ME MORE.” We love it when that happens.
Best raw snacks: Go Raw Sprouted Watermelon Seeds. It’s like getting a taste of the outdoors, even if you’re locked in a cubicle for all the daylight hours.
Best healthy snack to keep in your desk drawer: Annie Chun’s Seaweed Crisps. Crunchy, full of flavor, but still super duper light — it’s one of those snacks we like to keep on hand all the time. You know, for emergencies.
