    The world record is more than 7000 pull ups in 24 hours? Thats epic! I never tried to do pull ups all the day, but In five minutes that I complete 4 sets of 8 repeats (32 pull ups) I feel somehow cramped!

  4. This is amazing! I definitely have to give it to him for doing that many pull ups! High volume sets of pull ups are great for developing your back, arms and even your core strength! I try to do at least a few sets everyday at home to build my workload capacity.
