Family-Friendly Healthy Snacks and Meals on Our Radar

EatCollage-625
Keeping tabs on the latest healthy, delicious snacks can be a surprisingly time-consuming task. Don’t get me wrong — there are days when it feels like Christmas around here, and I’m opening boxes of delicious healthy treats I can’t wait to try. But there are so many cool new products out there, and one person can only eat so much, which is why I absolutely love it when someone like Erin over at Fit Bottomed Mamas shares her thoughts on the goodies she’s been noshing on.
Of course, she’s got her own food review challenges — kiddos who are constantly hungry and a husband who sometimes gets into her review stash before she has a chance to try things out. But hey, it’s not just good to know whether we like something, right? It’s also awesome when the whole family digs a snack or meal.
So, if you’re looking for a rice cake that’s anything but bland, need a healthier pizza fix or want kid-friendly options for lunch on-the-go, you’ll want to check out Erin’s round up of seven easy meals and snacks on Fit Bottomed Mamas!
Do you have any go-to healthy snacks and easy meals that work well for kids and adults alike? Whole foods like veggies and fruits are great, but man, I do love those chia pouches Erin mentions! —Kristen
