A lot goes into what we post on Fit Bottomed Girls, Fit Bottomed Mamas, Fit Bottomed Zen and here on Fit Bottomed Eats. For just about every article you read, there’s often a handful of emails, maybe a couple of texts, some Viber messages, possibly even a phone call if it’s something we really need to talk out. And sometimes, the discussion that leads up to a post is really great — worth a post on its own, really! — but never makes it beyond those of us working behind the scenes.
But that’s all about to change! We’re launching the Fit Bottomed Girls Podcast! We have a teaser ep (that’s short for episode, you know) below, and our first official (!!!) ep will drop next week. We’ll chat about current events, our favorite things on the site — anything that has us buzzing, really. Plus, we have some incredible interviews lined up with experts, athletes, celebs and more to chat about, well, everything! In the first few interviews alone, we’re touching on meditation, nutrition, body image, social media, the Olympics … you get the idea.
