Are you still pining over that salade au chèvre chaud (warm goat cheese salad), you had in France? This recipe is swoon-worthy and easy to make. The trick is to make sure your goat cheese is really cold. Prepare the medallions in the morning and chill thoroughly or pop them in the freezer for an hour before they hit the fry pan.
