Want to Get Better at Double Unders? Do These Workouts

double-undersYou know how we’ve said before that if you want to really reach your fitness goals you have to do this? And you know how I’m personally working on this? Well, in yet another fun twist of fate (Sheryl and Coach Ryan, you must be creating workouts at the Fit Pit just to mess with me, haha), I recently did these two workouts. And talk about working on your double unders while getting one heck of a full-body strength and cardio workout!

If you’ve been wanting to improve your double unders — or just want a workout that’ll force you practice them (that would be me) — these two are it. The first one took me about 30-ish minutes to do. The second one took me more like 45 minutes. (Obviously, I did these on different days.)

Both are intense, but fun, too. Be sure to warm up properly and listen to your body! Oh, and if you have no interest in doing double unders whatsoever, then you can still do the workout! Take the double unders rep number times two or three and do that many singles jumps instead.

The only ONLY ONLY way to get better at anything is to practice… a few each day makes ALL the diff!
