A Little Light Reading for Your Fall Friday

Light Reading
It’s official. Football season is well underway, kids are back in school and my local grocery store has started carrying those cinnamon brooms that smell so good but I just really don’t understand. It’s time for pumpkin spice everything. (Really.) It’s decorative gourd season. It’s fall … even if the current temperature outside my house is only about five degrees away from melting my dog when I let her outside in the middle of the day.
But, for some of you, the calendar’s current status might mean you’ve got some opportunities to curl up in front of your fireplace with a little light reading, and this week’s links will help you pass an hour or two with ease.
