Looking for your next vacation destination — and list food as a top consideration? Listen up.
WalletHub recently ranked the 150 most populated cities in the United States for “2016’s Best and Worst Foodie Cities.”  Even if you don’t have a trip coming up, check out where your own city or one nearby ranks. The study considers affordability of dining in as well as dining out, high-quality restaurants and food festivals per capita.

The Country’s Best Foodie Cities

Orlando, Fla. ranked as the No. 1 Foodie City, with a score of 79.86. It was the top city for Diversity, Accessibility, and Quality, and the No. 19 city for Affordability.
The most affordable city on the list is Houston, Texas, ranked No. 39 overall. Austin, Texas is second most affordable, ranked No. 19 overall.
The least affordable city on the list is Fremont, Calif., in the San Francisco Bay Area. Fremont ranked at No. 73 for Diversity, Accessibility, and Quality. It ranked No. 122 overall. However, San Francisco came in at No. 5 overall, so if you’re headed to the Bay Area, you’re in luck.
The worst Foodie City on the list was North Las Vegas, Nev. It had an affordability rank of No. 145 and a Diversity, Accessibility, and Quality rank of No. 144. But Vegas-goers, don’t dispare! Las Vegas proper ranked No. 15 overall. (Paradise, Nevada, where The Strip is actually located, was not ranked.)
Three of the top four cities are located in Florida: Orlando, Miami, and Tampa. Only Portland, Ore. was able to sneak in at the No. 2 spot.
Most of the cities in the top 20 are located on the coasts, with the exception of Cincinnati, St. Louis, Salt Lake City, and Pittsburgh, Las Vegas and Austin. See for yourself below!
