How Does Your Bedtime Compare With the Rest of the World?

I’ve never been a night owl. A “late” bedtime for me is about 10 p.m. — and, honestly, especially now that I have a toddler who goes and goes nonstop, I don’t mind going to bed at 9 p.m. … or even 8:30 p.m. (Just call me Grandma Jenn, I know.) And I realize I’m in the minority. But after looking at this infographic from Homes.com, I have research to back up that I’m really in the minority.

It’s pretty fascinating to see the average time that different cities around the world go to bed, and then see how much sleep different areas of the U.S. get — and don’t get.

How does your bedtime stack up? I guess I’m most like Arizona and Hawaii, but, man, they still stay up late for my habits. Haha. —Jenn
