  1. These sound good. I’ve been eating avocado sandwiches for years, and bananas or apples with almond butter is a staple for me. I recently started eating more but smaller meals. I was a binger only eating two big meals per day. So it is an adjustment for me. But I believe it is better for my blood sugar. Thanks for some new ideas!
