My Point? Good Knives Are Key

For years I made due with sub-par knives. I was cheap and I was stubborn and I honestly thought that if I could just get my knife skills up to speed, my food prep would be a cinch no matter what knife I used.
I was so terribly wrong.
Now, my No. 1 barrier to healthy eating is the prep — I do like cooking and I actually enjoy healthy meals packed with loads of veggies. So it really makes sense to use tools that make all that chopping quicker and easier. And, in the last year or so, I’ve started to use nicer and nicer knives. It makes SUCH a difference in both my meal prep and my attitude toward it.
(No. 2, for the record, is the clean-up because, UGH.)
Anyway, a month or so ago, the folks at Precision Kitchenware contacted me saying that they had these swanky new professional chef grade ceramic knives available — called P600 knives — and asked if I’d like to test them out, do a review, and if I really, really, really loved them, join their affiliate program. (Spoiler: We’re totes affiliates now, so if you like what you see below, using this link to learn more would be A-OK. If you want to see how they perform, check the vid below or head over to Instagram!)

Long story short, I’m really, really glad I did. My prep time has been cut (no pun intended, even though I did just make myself laugh) waaaay down with the P600 knives, and although I’ve been using my knives pretty close to daily since I received them, I haven’t noticed any wear and tear on them.
