Our Fave Healthy Podcast Eps

Here’s a question to kick off your work week: What are your favorite podcasts? How about your faves with a focus on healthy eating?
Obviously, we’re a little biased around here, but we’re pretty big fans of The Fit Bottomed Girls Podcast, (which you can find wherever you like to get your podcasts: iTunes, Libsyn, Soundcloud, Stitcher, Google Play).

We’re particularly proud of the fact that we’ve covered a huge range of topics with loads of different guests. I mean, we’ve interviewed Olympians like volleyball star April Ross and marathon superstar Meb Keflezghi, talked mindfulness with the women behind communities like Hey Fran Hey and BexLife, chit chatted with both Jillian and Bob (!) … and that’s just the beginning. It’s been kind of the coolest.
But if you’re here at Eats, you’re probably at least somewhat into food, so we wanted to share a few of our favorite food-related eps, like the one that just dropped today featuring our buddy Dave Smith on intermittent fasting!

We talked about the worst diet trends, common pitfalls and how to cook for picky eaters with dietitian Frances Largeman-Roth.

We discussed wine, social media, music, and, of course, food with Bev Weidner.

We chatted with Michelle Tam about how she went from being a vegetarian to going Paleo, plus her top tips for eating well when you’re short on time.

We got the scoop on what it’s really like to be Chef Curry with the Pot when we talked to Ayesha Curry.

And once again, we’ve got the good stuff on weight-loss and creating a sustainable, healthy way of eating with Dave.
