  1. Definitely intuitive eating! I’ve been practicing it for just over a month now–practicing being the key word. I still find myself sometimes judging something I’m eating or ignoring my body’s satisfaction cues on occasion. A few times I’ve wondered what my weight is, but quickly let the thought go. Overall, I am much more relaxed about food and enjoying eating again. Thanks Jenn!
