Our Experience With Sun Basket
There are a couple of things we look for in any meal delivery kit:
- Organic produce
- Eco-friendly packaging
- A way of eating that makes us feel great (whether it’s vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)
- Flexibility with timing
- The ability to customize meals based on personal preferences
- Originality of meals

Here’s what we had for our first week …

And then, Peruvian-Style Sole with Lime and Sweet Potato.
And, last but not least, Greek Islands Salmon Over Zucchini Noodles and Wilted Greens.
All super delicious. All super fun to whip up (the sauces they include make cooking easy, quick, and next level). And all super full of good-for-you proteins and veggies. I was really impressed with how flavorful all the dishes were — lots of spice (but not super hot) and balanced with good acidity and savoriness. It’s like home cooking, just turned up about 10 notches.
