This is so good! Do you think we will ever see the day that people don’t opt for the diets? I am on a mission to start doing my part in the world to start de-normalizing diets! I have friends and family that are chronic dieters and they get frustrated when the weight comes back. I can’t get through to them, haha, so maybe this resource can.
