An addition to that? Don’t just finish … finish strong! Remember, you can do it!
What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: September 28-30
Monday, September 28: You’ve been working up to this all month. Don’t just honor your hunger and fullness cues at a couple meals today, do it all day! Get the hunger and fullness scale here.
Tuesday, September 29: You’re almost there! Share how YOU DID IT with us on Instagram (@FitBottomedGirl). Remember, a free fit customized prize pack is up for grabs when you share with us and use #FBGChallenge (U.S. only, pretty please).
Wednesday, September 30: Last day! And finish strong by doing your fave activity for 15 minutes, followed by 25 burpees. (Which you love — or at least love to hate — by now, right?!)
