Holiday Gift Guide: 6 Fit Gifts Worth Giving

1. Manduka Journey On-The Seeker Yoga Mat Bag. This bag that’s designed specifically with the traveling yogi in mind caught our attention for a number of reasons. First, it’s functional with well-designed compartments to hold smaller items, a secure middle compartment to carry your yoga mat and the option to wear it across your body using the comfortable shoulder strap or more like a traditional handbag by using the shorter handles. Second, it’s cute and goes with just about everything. (We dig the antique brass hardware, natural cotton canvas, and inspirational messages like “Carry peace.”) Third, it’s eco-friendly and made with renewable materials that are unbleached and dyed with non-AZO dyes that reduce the amount of chemicals and toxins released into the environment. We’ll om to that!

Best for: The yogi in your life who travels, cares about the earth and likes cute stuff!

Price: $96 (Think of this more as a piece of luggage than a “gym bag.”)

We’re obsessed 🙂 The book is pretty cool too. It’s called “Nutritional Alignment” have you ladies heard anything about it? Here’s the link thing if you want to see it, I’d love to hear your take.
