Yum, these all sound great. I was just eating turkey straight up this morning for a power packed breakfast. Was thinking of using the leftovers today for turkey soup. Has anyone made turkey soup before? Is it any good? I always make chicken soup so I’m not sure how it would work with turkey.
Ah, thank you for these! I wanted to make mashed potato pancakes but the recipe I was looking at fried them in like an inch of butter… this sounds much better. 🙂
