DiaMethod

There are a lot of get-your-pre-baby-body-back workouts out there. After all, when your belly expands to crazy proportions, it can be hard to believe you can actually get it back to normal. And it’s hard to fit in a new routine when you’ve got a newborn or small kids of any age, particularly if you’re new to the fitness scene and aren’t sure where to start. Challenging and effective for sure, but these workouts were definitely a far cry from all those Tabata workouts I’d been doing. And I can see how they’d be the perfect way for a new mom to ease back into exercise, with enough of a challenge for moms who’ve been back in the fitness game for a while.
