10 Videos to Help You Live the Anti-Diet Life

fbg-anti-diet

Erin and I had a BLAST doing The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet video series. We haven’t done a ton of video in our past, so it was really fun to flex our rather (ahem, novice) on-camera and editing skills. Plus, we got to share so much good content from our book! Just in case you missed a video or two from our series, we thought it would be fun to put them all in one post — that way you can see ’em all! And remember, practice makes perfect, so don’t be afraid to go back to these 10-Minute Fixes again and again. They’ll speak differently to you depending on what you’ve got going on in your life!

Chapter 1: Reclaim the Scale

Dread stepping on the scale? Weigh yourself obsessively or let the flashing number determine your mood and self worth for the day? Oh, girl. It’s time you reclaim the scale!

Chapter 2: Eat More Veggies

Find yourself making unhealthy decisions when you get hungry? Can’t seem to get away from the potato chip bag? Snack healthier and veg it up more with this 10-Minute Fix!

Chapter 3: Deck of Cards Workout

Need a short but effective workout that requires no equipment and gets great results? This Deck of Cards workout is it — 10 minutes and you can do it anywhere!

Chapter 4: Just Say No!

Plagued by people-pleasing? Healthy eats and workouts derailed by others? This 10-Minute Fix is a quick and easy way to take care of you — because you deserve it!

Chapter 5: Create a Feel-Good Morning Ritual

Do you hate mornings? Avoid any and all interaction with people until you’ve had a cup of coffee and a good 30 minutes to yourself? This 10-Minute Fix is SO for you! It’s all about setting yourself up with a morning ritual that feels good — and puts you in a positive mindset for the whole day. Plus, it’ll even check one thing off of your to-do list before you’ve even gotten out of bed!

Chapter 6: Call B.S. on Yourself

This powerful 10-Minute Fix is great at helping you to stop making excuses — and to stop with the guilt trip! FBG Erin will show you an easy trick to see if you’re making an excuse or if you’re really using a legitimate reason in less than 10 minutes!

Chapter 7: Kick Your Stress to the Curb

Stressed out and busy to the max? Instead of just running around acting like your head got chopped off or rushing about wishing there were more hours in the day, set aside 10 minutes to do this quick exercise that will help you to pinpoint your negative stress and actually fix it for good. It’s life-changing.

Chapter 8: Get Active and Help Others

We’ve found that the more support you have when getting fit and healthy, the better, which is why a whole chapter in our book The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet is dedicated to building a support system and adding fit friends to the mix — as well as giving back. In this video, Erin shares one of her favorite ways to get active while helping others!

Chapter 9: Love Your Flaws

We all have things we’d like to change about ourselves, but here’s an easy way to see those “cons” as funny pros — and then make a healthy plan to improve them!

Chapter 10: Bust Out of the Comparison Trap

They say comparison is the thief of joy, and they’re right! In the final video of our Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet video series, Erin shares one quick fix on how to bust out of the comparison trap for good!

Which 10-Minute Fix was your favorite? Share it in the comments and on social media with #FBGAntiDiet! Also, be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel, too, so you don’t miss any upcoming videos. You never know what fun we might be up to … —Jenn
