Have you guys been watching The Atlantic’s If Our Bodies Could Talk Series? Holy cow is it hilarious. James Hamblin, the host, is cute as all heck — and a doctor. And the adventures he goes on in the name of heath are pretty awesome. We love all of the videos in the series (you learn and laugh at the same time!), but we’re particularly fond of this tongue-in-cheek CrossFit vs. Yoga episode. Catch it here or watch it below!

We’re clearly not one for stereotypes or the notion that you have to do just one thing to be fit, but it’s still pretty funny, no?  “Little paleo babies …”

Do you fall into a workout stereotype at all? I like to do some CrossFit and yoga — and Zumba and run! Jenn

    Both can work great together! Especially at a place like the X Project outside of DC. Their tagline is… Holistic Cross Fit!
