Frozen dumplings are a convenient ingredient that are used in many different ways. Great as a snack, as part of a main meal or as late night bite. Crispy fried dumplings go well with a fresh salad. You don't have to use baby greens, any salad leaf will work just as well.
In a bowl, mix the dumpling sauce ingredients (except for the lemon zest and chili powder). Add the lemon zest and chili powder into the sauce mixture. Let it rest for 30 minutes and pour through a strainer.
Fry the dumplings in a pan coated with oil.
Add olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the baby greens and toss well.
Place the dumplings on a plate and garnish with the baby greens. Serve with the sauce.
