- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 2 tablespoon Romano cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Blend avocado, lemon juice, basil, Romano cheese and garlic until smooth.
- Add olive oil in a slow stream to incorporate. Process until creamy.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
