Green Pea Dip

Move over, avocado -- this fresh, green dip is FBG-approved and guaranteed to please a crowd!
Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 cup peas (if using frozen, defrosted and drained), divided, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 oz. feta cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives, plus more for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a blender or with an immersion blender, combine 1 cup of the peas, yogurt, cheese, zest and celery salt until just smooth. Take care not to overdo it.
  2. Stir in the chives and ¼ cup of the peas. Season to taste with lemon zest and celery salt. Serve garnished with chives and peas.
