Butter Pecan Smoothie

Just a few ingredients and you'll have a protein-packed smoothie that tastes like dessert.
Ingredients
  • 6 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your favorite milk or "alt milk")
  • 1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel protein powder (or a similar flavor of your favorite protein)
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • ½ ounce chopped pecans
  • ⅔ cup crushed ice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender container or cup and process.
