Apple Marmalade Burger Topping

- 1 green apple, peeled and diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat.
- Cook until apples are soft and onions are translucent.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature before serving.
