1 frozen banana
½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
½ cup chocolate milk (dairy or non-dairy)
½ cup Cheerios (original)
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 dash cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
