Banana Cappuccino Overnight Oats are a delicious twist on some everyday staples. With just four ingredients, they’re quick and easy to prepare ahead, and can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. You don’t need to pre-mix the coffee granules with hot water, as they’ll naturally infuse into the milky oat mixture.
Ingredients
½ cup or 40g rolled oats
½ cup or 120ml milk (dairy or almond)
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 ripe banana, one half mashed, one half sliced
Instructions
Place rolled oats, milk, coffee granules, and mashed banana into a mason jar.
Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed together, and the oats are covered in liquid.
Place the top on the jar, and store in the refrigerator overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours).
In the morning, stir, then add the sliced banana and serve.
