Feel-Good Chia Oatmeal

This feel-good breakfast recipe is easy to tweak to whatever you're craving, so feel free to play with what ingredients you include in your oatmeal.
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • Water, to desired thickness
Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in your container, then add the liquid. Mix until blended evenly. Let it
  2. soak for at least 10 minutes, or as long as you need (overnight, or whatever works for you).
  3. Transfer to a larger bowl if necessary. Add desired amount of water, keeping in mind it will thicken and expand as it heats. Heat until bubbly.
  4. Enjoy. Feel good!
