- 1 bottle of organic apple juice
- 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 orange cut into slices
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Pour the apple juice into a medium saucepan.
- Add cinnamon sticks, orange slices, turmeric, honey and ground cinnamon.
- Turn your stove to a low setting so that it can simmer until warm.
- Pour into mugs and enjoy!
