Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk or unsweetened milk alternative
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 scoops PB2 Performance Peanut Protein With Dutch Cocoa Plant Powder
  • Optional: 1/2 banana sliced, chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut flakes, etc.

Instructions

  • Place milk, frozen banana, and PB2 Performance Peanut Protein With Dutch Cocoa Plant Powder into a blender and blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.*
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice.
  • Enjoy with a spoon!

Notes

Note*: Depending on the size of your banana, you may need to add more milk for your desired consistency. If it's too runny, add a few ice cubes.
