The Rosa Amara Spritz

Also from Mionetto, this spritz recipe is as tasty as it is gorgeous. And, definitely don’t skip the grapefruit peel — it adds a lovely depth to the cocktail.

  • 3 ounces rosé prosecco
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 grapefruit peel


  • Add ice to a wine glass.
  • Pour in prosecco and sparkling water.
  • Add Campari.
  • Finish with a grapefruit peel.
