The Venetian Spritz

This is my own recipe — based on what I enjoyed in Venice. More savory and less sweet than the Aperol version, the olive is SO good in it!

  • 3 ounces prosecco
  • 2 ounces Campari
  • 1 ounce sparkling water
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 green olive


  • Add ice to a wine glass.
  • Pour in prosecco and Campari.
  • Add a splash of sparkling water.
  • Finish with the orange slice and green olive.
