The Venetian Spritz
This is my own recipe — based on what I enjoyed in Venice. More savory and less sweet than the Aperol version, the olive is SO good in it!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces prosecco
- 2 ounces Campari
- 1 ounce sparkling water
- 1 orange slice
- 1 green olive
Instructions
- Add ice to a wine glass.
- Pour in prosecco and Campari.
- Add a splash of sparkling water.
- Finish with the orange slice and green olive.
