Three Ingredient Gluten Free Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained, mashed with fork
  • 6 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl and let rest for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Form into four patties.
  3. Spray flat griddle with cooking spray and cook over medium heat for five minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Notes
Don’t over-mash the beans; keep some beans whole to give the burger texture.
Crumble leftover burgers into taco shells for a quick and easy lunch.
