Know When to Slow Down

Pregnancy is one of those experiences in life that is so different from normalcy that you want to compare everything that happens with another been-there, done-that mom. How much weight have you gained? Are you having nightmare heartburn? Have you graduated to cankles? Was your morning sickness horrendous? Are you exercising?

Like the others, the exercise question can have a variety of responses. Just like one pregnant mama may have debilitating morning sickness and another not even a gag, one mom-to-be may be able to exercise up a storm during pregnancy while another can barely muster a walk around the block.

This fit mom was running through her entire pregnancy, until she knew she had to stop. Like her, you should know when to fold ’em.
