Workout of the Seasons

I love this time of year. The trees are changing colors, my work wardrobe features more sweaters and slacks than dress shirts, and the weather has a slight chill but pleasant feel to it. It’s fall! And before we know it, winter will be here. While this changing of the seasons provides a very inspiring backdrop for outdoor workouts (running through Central Park with the leaves falling around you? Errr…heaven!), logistically this time of year has some hiccups when you’re trying to squeeze your workout in between travel and meetings.
