We don’t like to say the word “diet” in these parts, as it has such a negative connotation. But today we’re using it in the non-four-letter-word sense—what do you eat day after day? After talking to vegan professional athlete Brendan Brazier and reading his book on fueling your fitness with a plant-based diet, we got to wondering how many of you avoid meat and other processed foods.
