Hi Amanda,
You didn’t say how old your kiddos are, but it doesn’t matter because my advice will work whether they’re infants or teenagers! Losing pregnancy weight can be a challenge, but these tips should help.

1. Give yourself time. It takes awhile to gain the weight, so give yourself plenty of time to lose it. Remember, those celebs posing on magazine covers a few weeks postpartum are NOT the norm.
