What Foods Do You Crave the Most?

I recently had my willpower seriously tested when a box of these ended up at FBG HQ. It surprised me because as much as I do enjoy salty snacks now and again, most of the time it’s the sweets that really get me. Nine times out of 10, if I have a hankering for something, that something has sugar—and probably a decent amount of fat—in it. Think really, really rich dark-chocolate brownies or anything involving peanut butter. While we’ve already covered the 411 on food cravings and how to overcome them, it got us wondering: Exactly what foods do you crave the most? So we put it to a poll!

    I crave an Austin, TX made, no salt, tortilla chip with cold, H-E-B brand, Habanero Salsa !

    Though I definitely crave chocolate a lot, hands down what I crave the most is nut butter. Right now? Sunflower seed butter, definitely.

  3. My cravings seem to be based on the time of the day. During the day, I need salty foods. Sweet things will not cut it for meals- sry pancakes or waffles, I’ll take a nice egg sandwich or omelette anyday. But at night, after dinner, I get a mean craving almost daily for something sweet, rich and buttery, like you Jenn. Its one of my challenges to find healthy things that will satisfy it- small bowl of cereal, fruit, tea, frozen yogurt, etc.

    Steaks! I don’t eat meat often and I don’t care too much for sweets. I always crave a good steak. Plain nuts are another craving. Unroasted almonds, unsalted pistachios. Yum.

    I actually crave froyo, like, all the time.
    I like eating carbs too, but I can control myself with them,
    but with froyo I will be, like, add this and add that,
    it’s unhealthy, I know…

    Sunflower seed butter! I went through a whole jar of it in two days…Just spooning it out of the container :3 Unsweetened, too. I kept craving it!
