Fit Foodie Blogger We Love: Caitlin Boyle
What is your favorite healthy meal? Cast iron tofu with veggies and rice.
If you could only eat three things for the rest of your life, what would they be? Dark chocolate, buttered bread and watermelon.
What’s the one kitchen appliance or utensil that you couldn’t live without? My wok—I cook everything in it, from eggs to stir-fries.
What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten? I can’t think of anything all that strange!
If you could make one unhealthy food magically healthy, what would you choose? Pizza—the thick and greasy kind.
Could you not live without your wok either? And, Caitlin good pick on thick and greasy pizza. That sounds darn delicious right about now… —Jenn
